Brand Impact has been helping brands in retail and grocery since 1988 to gain visibility and increase sales through engaging in-store activations, product meetings, and product demonstrations. About the Role As a Customer Success Manager, you will be an important part of our customer team and responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our brand owners in the grocery, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer electronics sectors. The role involves both customer contact with accountability for results and operational work to ensure that our campaigns deliver the desired business results.
You will work closely with the staffing department, logistics, and suppliers to plan, execute, and follow up on in-store activities as well as drive business development and new customer initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships focusing on grocery and retail customers.
Be responsible for customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations as well as creating commercial proposals.
Plan and follow up on campaigns and product demonstrations together with the staffing team and logistics.
Analyze results and customer feedback to suggest improvements and new concepts.
Ensure that deliveries, scheduling, and training for field staff are carried out according to agreements.
Drive new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth goals.
We are looking for someone who
Has several years of experience in B2B sales or customer responsibility, preferably from the media industry, events, or a commercial sales role with operational responsibility.
Communicates well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Is relationship-oriented, structured, and business-driven.
Has good analytical skills and experience working with sales and initiating customer dialogues.
Enjoys working cross-functionally and leading projects towards set goals.
Can work independently and visit customers and stores across the country as needed.
Understands how business is done and can read the customer's buying signals.
Is not afraid to establish contact and present the service offerings independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with in-store activations, events, campaign planning, or media services (not print or graphic design).
Background in marketing, sales, and project management.
Education in sales, marketing, IHM, economics, or event management.
